  • No, this festival is rain or shine! No refunds.

  • Yes, tickets will increase but they also might be completely SOLD OUT before the day of the festival. Below are the Box Office ticket prices if tickets are still available.
    GA SINGLE DAY – $65
    GA 2 DAY – $120
    GA 3 DAY – $150
    VIP SINGLE DAY – $140
    VIP 3 DAY – SOLD OUT
    Make sure to save yourself some money and buy your tickets early.

  • Yes! There will be a great variety of food vendors plus an increased number of beer trailers along with a more full alcohol bars.

  • We want to provide an unforgettable experience for everybody at the Reggae Rise Up Florida Festival. Please refer to the festival map to to guide you where to enter on 7th Ave and use ADA compliant restrooms. Additional questions please email Info@ReggaeRiseUp.com

    This event was designed to provide equal opportunity for enjoyment by all participants.   • No, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals. However, registered service dogs are permitted to enter the event per ADA guidelines. If you need clarification on whether or not your dog is considered a service dog, please refer to the first section of the service dog FAQs on ada.gov.

  • There is no outside food or alcohol allowed into the festival, but you are able to bring in one (1) sealed water bottle up to 1L in size or an empty reusable personal water bottle.

    We will have plenty of food options from local vendors for you to choose from.

    We also have a FREE water refill station available.

    Please note that all items will be subject to search upon arrival.

     

  • Reggae Rise Up has partnered with Electric Standard Co. to offer portable battery packs with unlimited battery exchanges for the duration of the festival.

    1. Buy an Electric Standard Co charger (via online pre-order or on site)
    2. Charge your device throughout the event
    3. Once the battery is spent, trade in your ESCO charger for a brand new one at the ESCO booth.
    4. Take it home with you and re-charge for everyday use!

  • To apply for a media pass please visit our festival website www.ReggaeRiseUpFlorida.com and click the “Get Involved” Tab and Select ” Media Application” You can also send a request to Adam@ReggaeRiseUp.com
    The submission deadline is September 14, 2020.

  • These items are “NOT” allowed!
    No weapons of any kind.
    No fireworks or explosives.
    No outside food.
    No squirt guns.
    No glass containers.
    No outside drinks (sealed water up to 1L is allowed).
    No alcohol.
    No illegal drugs, narcotics or drug paraphernalia.
    No coolers of any size.
    No tents, pop-ups, or canopies. (block the view for others)
    No large or framed backpacks.
    Bicycles are not allowed inside the festival grounds.
    No tailgating in parking lots.
    No pets (except service animals).
    No unauthorized vendors allowed.

  • 100%. Festival Totems, Flags, Signs, accepted and encouraged.

  • Absolutely! We welcome families of all ages. Kids 8 and under are also free. Strollers for children are permitted but expect them to be searched.

  • Due to safety concerns, space and viewing concerns, we are asking you to leave the tents and canopies at home. You CAN bring chairs and blankets along with small personal umbrellas.
    *NEW for 2020 we will have designated chair areas at each stage. No chairs or blankets in front of the sound/lighting booth (Front Of House).

     

  • Of course, we have a dedicated medical tent with several professional EMT units to help when needed.

  • YES, we allow a one (1) time re-entry if the fan leaves anytime before 6:00PM.
    You must scan your RFID wristband out before 6:00PM to be valid.
    After 6:00PM it will be on a case by case basis, please see security or manager at the front gate.
    Gates open at 12PM daily

  • Performance times will be released closer to the event date inside the Facebook event page and here on our website.

  • Music, Vendors, Games, Sports, Crafts, Art, Relaxing Stations, Fan Interactions and more!

  • Music ends at 10pm each night due to city ordinance, so please arrive early to experience all the amazing bands.

  • The St. Petersburg City Trolley will be running a route between the festival  and the Sundial parking garage. Seats are extremely limited. More info at https://loopertrolley.com/reggae-music-shuttle
